Generally speaking, on one hand, data analytics may seem a kind of a subtle art, but on the other - it's quite clear, simple, and straightforward. And the difference between the two is about the extent of understanding relevant approaches and methodologies and the depth of feeling how to embrace and treat the data itself.
My journey with the development of Pulse was by-and-large like that. It started far before I joined the core product team back in fall 2021. Before that, for more than 18 months I had been heavily delved in various types of data analyses in the Crypto Kiosk industry - from sales, costs, and profitability to location performance and nuanced activities of customers and segments. Across a wide range of angles, using classic and emerging instruments and frameworks. And in doing that, I frequently came across a cross-cutting pivotal inner thought of converging it all in a set of tailored focused actions.
